Connecting your CoinEx exchange account to CoinStats lets you automatically track your balances and transaction history in one place. This article will walk you through creating your API key on CoinEx and syncing it with CoinStats — both via Web and Mobile.
Create Your CoinEx API Key
Log in to your CoinEx account
Hover over your profile picture in the top right of the header bar
From the dropdown, select API Management
Click on the Create API button to start the API creation process
Fill API Remark (ex. CoinStats CoinEx)
Fill in the Applicable IP Address and Create
Enter the TOTP Code and click Next
Once created, you will see the API Key and API Secret.
📌 Important: CoinEx shows the secret only one time. Copy both values and store them securely.
Now, let's connect CoinEx to your CoinStats account!
Web
Click on the Portfolio icon on the top right of the screen
Click Connect Portfolio
Search CoinEx and click on it
After that, paste your API Key and API Secret and Connect
All done!
Mobile
Go to the Portfolio tab and click the (+) button
Connect Portfolio
Search CoinEx from the list
Enter your API key and Secret from CoinEx
Your CoinEx account will now sync and start tracking in the app!
