To connect your MetaMask web wallet and track your assets in CoinStats, follow the instructions below.
Go to the Portfolio Tracker tab
Click on the Connect Portfolio button
Select MetaMask from the list of available options in CoinStats
You can connect your MetaMask wallet in three ways:
Via the Web Extension
Manually with the wallet address
Via the WalletConnect
Web Extension
Select MetaMask from the available options and click Connect. Please make sure to have the MetaMask extension on your browser.
Now you will get the notification from MetaMask; click Next.
Now click Connect.
Congratulations, your Metamask wallet is successfully connected!
Connect Manually
Select Manual from the available options
Select the chain you wish to connect
Enter the Wallet Address
Click Connect
Congratulations, your Metamask wallet is successfully connected!
WalletConnect
Select WalletConnect from the available options and click Continue with WalletConnect.
Now you will get a QR code.
Open MetaMask on your phone, Scan the QR code and click Connect.
Congratulations, your Metamask wallet is successfully connected!
Please note that we are only requesting view/read-only permissions. This does not give us access to your private keys or the ability to move your funds. We only need this to show you your portfolio performance and analytics.
