How to Enable / Disable 2FA for My Account

The article below will explain how you can enable and disable 2 Factor Authentication for your CoinStats account.

If you want to keep your CoinStats account safe, adding two-factor authentication (2FA) is the single most important step you can take.

2FA adds another level of authentication to the login process. It means you need something besides your username and password to get into your account, this is adding another layer of security to your account, which is even more important in the crypto world.

The 2FA authentication can be enabled from our website. To enable it, you'll need to click on your profile icon on the top right of the screen and then click on the username, as shown in the screenshot below.

After, click on the Enable button.

After clicking on the Enable button, you’ll get the following message:

Follow the instruction you get to download the Google Authenticator app and activate it for CoinStats. Once you have CoinStats in there, enter the code from the Google Authenticator and click Enable.

To disable 2FA, click on the username like in the first case, and then click Disable, as shown in the below screenshot.
