Each CoinStats plan comes with limits on the number of transactions and portfolios you can manage. Understanding these limits helps you plan your usage and avoid disruptions.

How to Check Your Current Limits
You can view your current usage and remaining limits at any time by navigating to Profile → Account Limits in the CoinStats app or website.
What Happens When You Reach the Transaction Limit?
If you reach the transaction limit on your current plan, the following will happen:
1. Grace Period (A Few Days)
Your account will enter read-only mode for a few days. During this period:
You can still view your portfolio balances and data
New transactions will not sync
You can delete portfolios or transactions to reduce your count and get back under the limit
2. After the Grace Period
If you haven't resolved the limit during the grace period, your account will be blocked from syncing. However:
You will still have access to delete portfolios to bring your transaction count back under the limit
What Happens When You Reach the Portfolio Limit?
If you reach the portfolio limit on your current plan, you will not be able to add new portfolio connections. To add more portfolios, you can:
Delete existing portfolios that you no longer need
Upgrade your plan to get a higher portfolio limit
How to Resolve
You have the following options to get back on track:
Delete unnecessary portfolios or transactions to free up space and get back under your plan's limits
Upgrade your plan:
If you're on Free, you can upgrade to Premium for up to 100,000 transactions, 100 portfolios, and 200 daily syncs per portfolio
If you're on Premium, you can upgrade to Degen for up to 1,000,000 transactions, 500 portfolios, and unlimited daily syncs

To upgrade your plan, go to our Pricing page on the web and select the plan that best fits your needs.
Mobile
You can upgrade your plan directly from the app by navigating to your account settings and selecting the subscription option.
