CoinStats’ Portfolio Health Score provides a clear, data-driven snapshot of your crypto portfolio’s stability, evaluating key factors like volatility, liquidity, market capitalization, etc. This score helps users make informed investment decisions by highlighting the overall health of their portfolio and breaking down the impact of individual assets.
Accessing the Portfolio Health Score
To view your Portfolio Health Score, navigate to CoinStats Portfolio > Analytics > Portfolio Health. The section provides an in-depth overview of your portfolio’s health, along with a detailed analysis of each asset.
Health Indicators
The Portfolio Health Score is displayed using color-coded indicators to show the status of your portfolio:
Red: Indicates poor health, often due to high volatility, low liquidity, or poorly performing assets.
Orange: Suggests mid-level health, indicating some risk factors but not severe.
Green: Signals a healthy portfolio, with stable, low-risk assets contributing positively.
These visual indicators help users quickly assess their portfolio’s overall condition.
Assets Breakdown
In the asset breakdown, assets are categorized into high, medium, and low-risk groups based on their impact on your portfolio’s health. Each asset’s score reflects its contribution to the overall portfolio, helping users quickly identify which holdings carry more risk. Factors such as high volatility or low liquidity, as well as poor historical data, will push an asset into the higher-risk category, while more stable assets with strong liquidity and market cap will be classified as lower risk.
This breakdown enables users to pinpoint high-risk assets and make informed decisions about rebalancing for a healthier portfolio.
CoinStats also allows you to share your Portfolio Health Score with others, making it easy to seek advice or showcase your strategy to fellow investors.
