If you've purchased your subscription through App Store or Google Play Store, please refer to Apple and Google Play supports for a refund. Unfortunately, they manage all the transactions and we don’t have any control over them.

If you've purchased your subscription through our website, please contact us at support@coinstats.app or through an in-app message to request a refund.
