How Do I Cancel/Change My Subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to follow the below steps:

Mobile

If the subscription is purchased through App Store:

  1. Go to your iPhone Settings

  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen

  3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID/FaceID

  4. Tap Subscriptions

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

If the subscription is purchased through Google Play Store, follow the steps from this article in order to cancel/change it.

Please follow these steps in order to change/cancel your subscription:

  1. Click on your username on the top right corner

  2. Select Personal Data

  3. Click Manage

  4. Use the options to manage your subscription; you can choose a different subscription or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle
