You can have the following login types on CoinStats:
Email / Password
Google
Coinbase
Facebook
Twitter
Apple ID
You can choose from these options when signing up for CoinStats.
Usually, some users want to change their login type to regular email and password. In such cases, you can do it yourself if your login type is Google or Coinbase.
In order to do so, sign out from your account -> click Login -> enter the email and password associated with your Google/Coinbase account.
You'll then be able to sign in with both email and Google/Coinbase.
If your login type is not Google or Coinbase, you'll need to contact us at support@coinstats.app, and we'll change your login type from our end. However, it is essential to note that sometimes we might not be unable to help you if your login type is Apple ID or Twitter.
For Apple ID, we can do that if the email associated with it is not the auto-generated email address. In that case, you won't have access to the inbox, so we won't be able to conduct the verification steps. We would need to conduct another method, so please contact us.
For Twitter, it might be the case that you don't have an email associated with your Twitter account, so kindly reach out to us so we can see if we are able to come up with some other solution for you.
