If you’ve forgotten your password:
On the Log In screen, tap Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
(Optional) Use a trusted password generator to create a strong password and save it in a secure place.
Check your email and click the reset link you receive.
Paste or enter your new password and save it.
If you remember your password but want to reset it, you can do so in your account settings.
Web
Click on your Profile icon on the top right of the screen
Click on the Username
Choose Change Password
Enter your old and new passwords and click the Save Changes button
Mobile
To change your password from the mobile app, follow the steps below:
Go to the More tab
Click on your Username
Choose Change Password
Enter your old password and the new passwords to change it
Click Save.
Note: If you are logged in via Google or any other way, to change the log-in type to standard email and password, please click on Forgot Password from the log-in page, and create a new password. After that, you can log in both with email and password and Google as well.
