Why Connection to a Wallet via the Extension Might Not Work?

While attempting to connect your wallet through the extension, you might receive the below error message.

For a successful connection to a wallet via the extension, try the following:

  1. Disable the extension of other wallets temporarily: to avoid conflicts, you can deactivate the extension of one wallet when connecting a different wallet via extension. But don't forget to re-enable the extension of the other wallet once you are done with the current wallet's operation.
    ​

  2. Reload the Page: another workaround involves reloading the page if both extensions are enabled. This action allows a wallet extension to connect without any conflicts.

The same applies when attempting to log in using a wallet address. During the login process, one of the wallet connection options might be disabled. Simply try one of the aforementioned suggestions.
